Early Dirk van Erp Hammered Copper, Brass & Mica Shell Casing Lamp c1906.   This is the only known lamp made by van Erp from an artillery shell casing.  Beautifully crafted, this lamp shows van Erp's innate skill  prior to his association with D'arcy Gaw.   Unsigned.  Excellent original patina.  Perfectly replaced mica.  18.25"h x 12.5"d
