5333.  Frederick Roehrig – Pasadena Architect large dining room table and set of ten matching chairs made for Arthur Jerome Eddy in 1905.  Made of mahogany, redwood and Oregon pine.  Published in Gustav Stickley’s Craftsman Magazine November 1906 “A California house modeled on the simple lines of the old mission dwelling“.   Also published in California Design 1910, 1974, page 17.  After Arthur J. Eddy died in 1921, the set was acquired by the famous western author Zane Grey and used in his Altadena, CA Estate.  Unsigned.  Excellent original finish and original leather.  Table measures 120″ x 59″w x 30.25″h.  Chairs each measure 33.5″h x 20.5″w x 19″d SOLD
