Judson T. Webb (1859-1932) Chicago Matte Blue Vase c1910.  Webb was a pottery instructor at the Art Institute of Chicago and signed his pieces with a spider web on the bottom. As well as being an instructor, he was an author of several books, one of which was titled Pottery Making: An Illustrated Text Book on Art Pottery Making for Teachers and Artists. Signed with Spiderweb mark.  Glaze bubbles, otherwise perfect condition.  6.25"h x 3 3/8"d SOLD
