11393. Isabelle Percy West (1883 – 1976) New Mexico Street Vendors c1930s. Isabelle Percy studied under Arthur Mathews 1901-1905. From 1905-1907 she studies under Arthur Wesley Dow at Columbia University in New York and in 1907 she helped found the California College of Arts & Crafts in Berkeley with Frederick Meyer.
