Beautiful vintage Arts & Crafts period copy of a Gustav Stickley three-door bookcase made of douglas fir. The through tenons are real through tenons. The person who made this bookcase took the dimensions of the Gustav Stickley bookcase and super-sized it. The Gustav Stickley bookcase would be 56" high. This bookcase is 64" high. The width is about the same at 70.5" wide with the tenons or just the case body at 66.5" wide. The Gustav Stickley three-door is about 72" wide, but has 12 panes of glass in each door (3 panes wide and 4 panes high). This bookcase is only 2 panes wide, 5 panes high because of the increased height. The tenons and the overall wood thickness is beafier on this bookcase. This bookcase has an excellent original finish with some repairs to the base feet. All of the glass is original except on pane in the far right door, center pane left. The handles are original Gustav Stickley hammered copper v-shaped handles. I believe that the hinges were ordered from Gustav Stickley as well. $7500
